However we recognise that on occasion things can go wrong which is why we provide all clients with access to our technical support team. LANDED technical support is available full time Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. Our technical support agents are available to help recruiters and applicants navigate any technical issues they may have and our client support team is on hand to provide training and tips on navigating the platform. Outside general office hours, support tickets are monitored from 5pm - 10pm and any that are identified as critical are addressed.
