Production Operative

An opportunity exists for a permanent full time production operative to work a 4 on 4 off shift pattern over a 8 week cycle starting at 6am - 6pm with some flexibility for shift start times required. As a production operative, you will be a central part of a focused and energetic team striving to achieve optimum levels of machine efficiency and product quality. The job covers all aspects of the production process from machine set-up, machine operation, completion of all quality and processing checks, through to final cleaning. This is an important role within the production operation, and we are looking for candidates who are keen for responsibility, who wish to develop their skills, contribute to a winning team and be proactive to deliver improvement initiatives.
Liquid Processing Operative

As Liquid Processing Operator you will undertake a role to maximise product output, efficiencies and quality. The job covers all aspects of our liquid processing operations, including milk reception, liquid despatch, water management, process control (including SCADA), quality assurance and plant cleaning-in-place (CIP). You will work closely with the Liquid processing shift manager to learn and understand the production process. The working pattern associated with this role is 3 on 3 off 12-hour day shift. This role may include holiday/absence cover across differing shift patterns.
