Due to the continued expansion of our Dairy Herd Management scheme we now invite applications for the post of:

PART-TIME MILK RECORDERS

in the following area: Coleraine/Limavady

As a milk recorder you will visit designated dairy herds once or twice per day for milkings involving a commitment of approximately 5-10 days per month. Duties will involve collecting milk samples, recording milk yields of individual cows and updating all herd information.

You will be able to complete records accurately and neatly and preference will be given to applicants with IT skills. A willingness to work flexible hours including early starts is essential and you must have telephone and internet access, hold a clean current driving licence, and have access to your own transport.

Farming experience, particularly with cattle is desirable and recorders should live within easy travelling distance to the designated area.

Wages are related to the number and size of herds recorded and you will have an opportunity to earn up to £600 per month from flexible part time work.
