Spatialest Ltd is looking for a talented .NET developer to join our development team. The developer will be responsible for design, development and maintenance of software and web based solutions for the property appraisal industry in North America. Our ideal candidate will have a depth of knowledge and skills in software design and development using Microsoft .NET platform technologies. The developer will have opportunity to work in highly collaborative teams that follow Agile practices and bring new ideas and creative thinking to our team.
Responsibilities
- Support, maintain and enhance our current desktop and web based solutions
- Follow good development practices and software development life cycle methodologies throughout product development
- Work closely with our clients to develop bespoke products
- Produce written test cases, unit tests and integration tests
- Write software user guides, manuals and any other documentation
- Occasional travel to North America and Europe may be required for this role
Essential Criteria
- Proven work experience in software development
- 1+ years of .NET development experience using Visual Studio 2010, 2013
- Good general understanding of SQL and preferably experience with a relational database
- Experience in using any of the following JavaScript Frameworks / Libraries or SimilarReact
- React
- Angular 1 or 2
- jQuery
- JavaScript mapping APIs Google Maps, OpenLayers or Leaflet
- Node.js
- Rxjs
Desirable Criteria
- Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server and / or Git
- Experience of PHP and / or knowledge of PHP frameworks such as Laravel, Yii or CakePHP
- Experience of AWS or Microsoft Azure
- Experience of WordPress
