We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our Claims Team as a Claims Advisor at our Preston site.
As a claims advisor you are the voice of HomeServe, the first person our Customers speak to when they require assistance in the home and the person who can really put our Customers at the heart of what we do. They will contact you to make a claim for an engineer to attend to assist with an emergency situation or maintenance repairs within their home. In addition they may call to discuss the progress of a claim.

As we want to support our Customers at any time of the day or night, we are open 24/7, 365. The shift we currently have vacancies on is a full time position on a 12 week rolling rota with a mix of shift patterns that range from 07:00-22:00 between Monday and Sunday.
We are also recruiting for a part time evening shift too.
