Z Lift UK Ltd  are a progressive, rapidly expanding business in the transport service industry, holding franchises in the transport refrigeration and tail lift sectors. They have premises in N.I, Dublin and Limerick. This successful business is now seeking to hire a Parts Purchasing/Sales Manager to service their three premises. The position will entail the development of new sources of supply and new markets for generic parts and equipment. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience in these areas as well as the capability to manage stock control across three depots. You will be based in Hillsborough, Co.Down.

Parts Purchasing/ Sales Manager

Z Lift UK Ltd are now hiring a Parts Purchasing/ Sales Manager to become part of their expainding team!

This is a varied role that requires the post holder to have a flexible working attitude and work with a can do approach, you will be someone who can work independently and be confident making decisions that will meet the requirements of the business, working to customer demands and deadlines.

Key Duties:

  • Ordering, receiving and controlling stock to ensure stock accuracy at all times
  • Collection and delivery of parts locally
  • Data input to insure computerised stock systems are up to date
  • Update engineers with correct parts when required ensuring all records are accurate
  •  Handling customer queries and requests via telephone/email and face to face
  • Other duties may be added as required by company director

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Full UK/European driving license
  • Previous sales experience (preferably in a Store/Parts position)
  • Flexible attitude to location, as you may be required to cover duties in three depots
  • Computer literate, using Microsoft Office packages and experience of data input & record management.
  • High level of direct customer service experience

Desirable:

  • Valid HGV License
