JOB TITLE: Sales Administrator (9-month FTC)

SALARY: £23,000 + £1,000 bonus pro rata

LOCATION: Nottingham

SETTING: Hybrid/ 2 days per week at home

We are looking for a customer service, administrative focused sales administrator to come and support with order processing and customer enquiries.  This role is to cover maternity leave for 9 months.

Job Specification:

As a Sales Administrator, you will sit within a strong customer service focused team. The main responsibilities will be:

  • Working as the main point of contact for customers when passed an order from the sales team.
  • Processing orders and data on the CRM systems.
  • Handling telephone-based customer order queries, managing inbound and outbound calls.
  • Managing backorders and suggesting alternative products for the customer should there be any stock issues.

This is a full-time role, working Monday – Friday. You will initially need to be in the office 5 days a week for training and following this, you will be in the office 3 days a week, with 2 days working from home.

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience and confidence in handling inbound and outbound calls.
  • Interest in the sales side of a business and confidence in your ability to provide customers with an end-to-end, positive experience.
  • Experience within an order processing or similar administration background would be advantageous.
