Lyons Robin Hood Holiday park are recruiting for arcade team supervisor for 2023 season.

We are looking for an arcade team supervisor / duty manager who, ideally, has an interest in arcades to come and help us run our arcade at Lyons Robin Hood, Rhyl.

The required person will have front facing customer service experience, have a great personality and who puts the customer first in every task they do. You will be working a minimum of 40 hours per week with a minimum of 5 from any 7 days during the season.

What will you be doing:

• Opening and closing the arcade
• Completing management checks to ensure compliance is not compromised
• Cash handling
• Assisting in the preparation of the weekly rota ensuring all key times are covered
• Monitoring and reporting on team members attendance and timekeeping
• Train and assist new team members in all departments of the arcade
• Think 25 on ID checks in the Adult Gaming Area
• Serving our customers in the prize shop
• Using a stock control system to receipt goods and to report stock orders to arcades manager in a timely manner
• Walking around the arcade making sure that it is clean and tidy
• Helping our customers with any queries they have
• Basic machine checks, stocking and maintenance
• Come up with ideas to help promote the arcade on site
• Offer help and support to the arcades manager

We will be open from 9am up to midnight seven days a week therefore reliable transport methods are essential for this role. You will be required to fulfil a rota that will include evenings, bank holidays and weekends.
