£28,000 + Uncapped Commission + Benefits

We’re looking to recruit an ambitious and motivated individual to join our team based in Scotland.

Reporting to the Head of Business Development, the Business Development Executive’s primary focus will be to generate new business sales across the Central Belt of Scotland. In addition, the successful candidate will assist with the promotion of additional services to existing clients.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following: -

Essential Criteria:-

  • At least 2 years B2B sales experience including cold calling prospects, developing relationships and self generating new business opportunities.

  • Good negotiation skills

  • Good computer literacy.

  • Good communication skills, written and verbal.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time.

  • Amenable to travel throughout Great Britain if required.

  • Clean valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for business purposes.

Desirable Criteria:-

  • Business development experience within a HR/consulting business
