Full Circle Generation (FCG) are currently seeking an Office Administrator to join the teamThe Office Administrator will be responsible for clerical support to the Commercial Manager and will play a vital role in procurement and administration functions at the Belfast ATT facility. The role will also involve working closely with the facility HSE, Operations and Maintenance teams as a support function to optimise plant performance, availability, and profitability.

To be successful in this role, we believe our ideal candidate will have the following essential criteria:

Essential Criteria

  • GCSE Grade C or above in English and Maths (or equivalent)
  • 2 years previous administration experience within a busy office environment.
  • The ability to communicate and influence effectively, and work collaboratively, at all levels in an organisation.
  • Able to organise workload effectively, meet targets and provide solutions
  • Flexible and performance driven, with the commitment, determination, and resilience to deliver added value to operational performance.
  • Fully proficient in all MS Office applications

Desirable Criteria

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience working with suppliers and procurement processes
  • Awareness of health and safety in an industrial environment
  • Knowledge of industrial equipment operations and/or maintenance.
