OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

Belfast / Permanent / Full Time

Working Hours:  40-hour week   

Salary Range: £25,000 - £27,000 plus competitive benefits package

Full Circle Generation (FCG) are currently seeking an Office Administrator to join the team.  The Office Administrator will be responsible for clerical support to the Commercial Manager and will play a vital role in procurement and administration functions at the Belfast ATT facility. The role will also involve working closely with the facility HSE, Operations and Maintenance teams as a support function to optimise plant performance, availability, and profitability.

To be successful in this role, we believe our ideal candidate will have the following essential criteria:

Essential Criteria

• GCSE Grade C or above in English and Maths (or equivalent)
• 2 years previous administration experience within a busy office environment.
• The ability to communicate and influence effectively, and work collaboratively, at all levels in an organisation.
• Able to organise workload effectively, meet targets and provide solutions
• Flexible and performance driven, with the commitment, determination, and resilience to deliver added value to operational performance.
• Fully proficient in all MS Office applications

Desirable Criteria

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience working with suppliers and procurement processes
• Awareness of health and safety in an industrial environment
• Knowledge of industrial equipment operations and/or maintenance.
