REPORTING LINE: The Supply Chain Placement Student will report directly to the Senior Buyer.
LOCATION/BASE: THE ROLE:
This is an opportunity for a Supply Chain Placement Student to take on a challenging and exciting 12-month placement role with Artemis Technologies as it grows rapidly to achieve its unique, leading-edge technology-driven vision through its world class team.
The manufacturing department will use various processes and methods to transform raw materials, components, and parts into finished goods for customers to required standards of quality, cost, delivery, and safety.
With guidance and coaching, you will have tactical responsibility for the purchasing and receipt of goods and services (direct and indirect spend) and for operational goals to exceed customer expectations for product quality, cost and delivery, maximizing efficiency, and driving operational excellence. You will have an opportunity to develop your business acumen by collaborating closely with colleagues from other departments and gaining insight into how company operates and meets its goals.

Education/Qualifications and Experience Required:
You will need to be a second-year undergraduate university student on a four-year degree expecting to do a work placement in your third year and returning to study for a final year. Please provide a note of A level subjects (or equivalent) and grades.
