The Role:
The Customer Service Team Member / Job Coach will work 100% of their time on ESF funded programme and will be responsible for the efficient serving of customers and assisting with the day to day running of the Cafe and be responsible for following of all quality standards and legal requirements in respect of customer service, hygiene, health and safety and environmental health.

Salary: £9.50 per hour
Pension: 7% employer contribution
Hours of work: Minimum 30 hours per week (distributed Monday to Saturday)
Holiday entitlement: 25 Days plus 11 Statutory Days (pro rata)
Duration: to 31st March 2023 (with extension beyond this date subject to funding)
