The Role:
The Café Team Leader will work 100% of their time on ESF funded programme and will have overall responsibility for café staff and the daily operations of 2nd Avenue Café, social business working to the highest customer service standards. The post holder will ensure the success of the social enterprise café and support for people with learning disabilities. The post holder will assist with the business development and promotion of the café.

Salary: £22,738 per annum
Pension: 7% employer contribution
Hours of work: 37 hours per week (distributed Monday to Saturday)
Holiday entitlement: 25 Days plus 11 Statutory Days
Duration: to 31st March 2023 (with extension beyond this date subject to funding
