Key Responsibilities
Working alongside your mentor to:
- Ensure the effective delivery of service in line with Axis Health and Safety policies and procedures.
- Pass all college exams and projects in each year of college to ensure continued progression in your apprenticeship.
- Provide customer service support to residents and customers.
- Organise and arrange appointments with residents and operatives.
- Provide Administration support within your team.
Requirements
- GCSE 4 or above (A-C) in Maths & English or equivalent
