Winemark the Wine Merchant has over 500 staff and 84 stores making us the largest off licence chain in Northern Ireland.

We are looking for candidates who can make a difference in our stores showing ambition, teamwork and most importantly a customer focused attitude, therefore maximising sales and profit.  At Winemark we believe in offering our customers the best experience so as Manager you will be responsible for motivating your teams to exceed Company targets ad KPI’s by offering our customers the best service through knowledge and passion for our brand and products. In addition, our Managers will be adaptable, display exceptional communication skills and show a real ‘can do’ attitude.

What we are looking for?

• To be considered for the role you must be 18 years old or over. And have at least 12months previous retail experience within a customer focused environment in a supervisory or management position
• You will be a target driven, and passionate about driving yourself and your team to success
• Must be committed to successfully training up to WSET Level 3 Award in Wines and Spirits
• Display strong communication and visual merchandising skills with a strong knowledge of relevant legislation and compliance
• Be able to bring forward fresh ideas to drive not just your store but the Company forward.
