We have a fantastic opportunity within our prestigious Honda retailer in Ewell.  Offering a high basic salary of £20,000 linked to an un-capped bonus scheme, delivering realistic earnings of over £65,000 p.a. for our current top performers.

You will be a specialist in sales and customer service, delighting our customers by guiding them through the car buying process every step of the way, from understanding products, finance packages, ultimately helping them purchase the car of their dreams!

As a Retail Sales Executive you will be a highly motivated individual with a genuine passion for providing excellent levels of service and take pride in getting it right first time, every time.

As a Retail Sales Executive you will enjoy:

  • Connecting with your customers from initial online enquiry, through to appointment and have a drive to understand their needs
  • Using your specialist skills to recommend products that meet customer requirements supporting them through the sales process
  • Naturally building rapport, listening and genuinely have a passion for delighting your customers and guiding them through the car buying journey
  • Drive high standards, supporting in creating a friendly and enjoyable environment that also meets the highest levels of brand standards
  • Working to monthly targets, driving your own performance to achieve a high level of standards for yourself, the team and your customers

What do you need to succeed as a Retail Sales Executive?

  • Experience in a customer focussed, sales/target driven position, selling products and services is favourable, but not always essential.
  • A natural people person, passionate about making your customers happy and a focus, drive and determination to succeed in a target driven environment
  • Confidence in using multiple computer systems, and experience using systems correctly to drive best practice process
  • Pro-activity and self-discipline to consistently achieve and deliver exceptional levels of customer service at all times
