Brayleys Cars Limited are a regional dealer group based across London and the Home Counties. Formed in 2003, the group represents Honda, Mazda, KIA, Mazda & Renault across the region.
The Role
Brayleys Honda Ruislip are seeking an expereince site co-oridinator to join our sales team at our Honda retailer on Victoria Rd
The dealership site is it's physical shop window to the world. As site co-ordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining the standards of our site. You'll also be an integral part of the customers purchasing journey making sure that all sold vehicles are progressed from order, through preparation and are ready to be handed over to our customers.
What does a Site Co-ordinator do?
Our site co-ordinators have the following key areas of responsibiluity that make up the bulk of the day to day work of the role:
In a typical day you will be:
- checking in all new and used vehicles as they arrive on site
- progressing new and used vehicles through our preparation processes to ensure that the highest of standards are maintained throughout.
- progressing any body repair work or cosmetic repair work required to present our vehicles at the highest of standards
- keeping on top of site and showroom cleanliness and product presentation standards…
- making sure that the decals for our latest new and used car offers are correctly displayed
- completing a weekly physical car stock check
- taking photographs of cars that we will be trading and uploading these to trade and dealer auction websites
- taking photographs of our used vehicles, uploading them to our retail websites and ensuring that all manufacturer photograhy standards are maintained.
- liaise with our site maintenance subcontracts are required to co-ordinate site maintenance
This role is a full time role typically working Monday to Friday with occasional weekend working where required.
