Key responsibilities for the Operations Manager will include:

• Develop strong relationships with customers to identify sales opportunities
• Generate, co-ordinate and provide customer quotes
• Coordinating activities that affect operational decisions and business requirements
• Responsibility for the production, procurement, and planning of all daily operations
• Communicating with all relevant employees to ensure delivery times are met
• Plan, schedule, and review workload and manpower to make sure targets are being met in a cost-effective basis in conjunction with the branch manager
