Artwork and Marketing Assistant

As an Artwork and Marketing Assistant, you will work closely with our marketing, supply chain, technical, and commercial functions to assume ownership of the administration and coordination of group artwork activities and the management of detailed project plans.


Key areas of responsibility will include;

  • Identifying specific artwork goals and proposing the course of action to drive initiatives and achieve solid results
  • Working with different departments to determine project scope and strategy to meet deliverables for sustainable artwork change projects
  • Managing project timelines to ensure that critical path milestones are met, while also identifying any barriers to work in progress, and subsequently working with appropriate parties to mitigate these
  • Keeping all parties informed as to project status and ensuring visibility of the impact on business/customers
  • Taking ownership of the tracking and communicating of costs associated with artwork changes
  • Supporting the effectiveness of procurement activities for Redesign & Regulatory driven projects.
  • Assuming responsibility for performance management; reporting on KPIs, project progress and offering feedback.
  • Supporting Management in building priorities, capacity planning and delegation of work.
  • Providing marketing support to the wider marketing team as required. 

This is a challenging role responsible for managing multiple, concurrent artwork projects, and so we are looking for applicants with the ability to prioritise and plan their workload in a proactive manner, and who can work with flexibility to meet deadlines. The successful applicant will be motivated to work reliably on their own initiative, and will have the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the business

Applicants should have at least 1 year’s industry experience and should have excellent IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of artwork administration would be advantageous but is not essential.
