Zymplify require an experienced Product Marketing Manager, who will play a vital role in our global marketing efforts to build the profile of our new product Lead Onion.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven, hands-on, digitally savvy marketeer to become a key member of one of Northern Irelands leading Marketing SaaS companies, at a time of growth.
The successful applicant will be positioned within the Marketing team and will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer to grow the Lead Onion brand and deliver customer acquisition at scale.
About the ideal candidate:
- You will have experience of managing brand or product marketing communications plans.
- You will have experience in delivering multi-channel integrated marketing campaigns and will have used marketing SaaS to deliver campaigns.
- You will have deep knowledge of digital marketing and be able to write marketing content but will also be confident in briefing and managing copy writers.
- You will be experienced in working with designers, web developers, photographers and videographers to deliver high impact digital marketing campaigns.
- You will have experience of managing a product or brand website (ideally in word press) to include content creation and SEO.
- You will understand how to monitor SEO and deliver action plans to improve optimisation.
- You will have previous experience creating and monitoring social media content and will have hands on experience in Canva to design day to day visual content for social media, email headers and blog banners.
- You will have experience of creating email marketing campaigns.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for implementing the marketing strategy for Lead Onion and will manage all elements of communications including:
Marketing Research
You will:
- Keep up to date with industry best practice and create content and commentary on emerging trends for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Be the ‘voice of the customer’ precisely researching consumer needs and develop messaging, market positioning and content to support customers throughout their lifecycle.
- Monitor competitor websites and create content and assets to optimise competitive positioning.
Positioning and Communication Strategy
You will:
- Own the brand and communicate the vision and value of our new product to the market.
- Create innovative marketing campaigns to launch the new product and drive customer acquisition at scale.
- Build on product messaging that sets our brand(s) apart from others in the market to give them a unique selling point.
- Ensure that our sales and customer success team have all the collateral relating to our products and services they require.
- Deliver a suite of content assets including product guides, playbooks, white papers, blogs and infographics working with our copy writers and designers where necessary.
- Create marketing and social media assets that communicate product USPs with our key personas.
- Create and manage your marketing plan within our marketing platform.
- Measure and report on marketing campaign effectiveness using our own marketing platforms.
Website and Channel Management:
You will:
- Work closely across Sales & Marketing to ensure that the product website, social media channels, emails and all product collateral align with the brand strategy and objectives.
- Manage website, social media and email content and performance, including monitoring and reporting on changing behaviour and usage.
- Create appropriate website and digital assets/content aligned to brand strategy & marketing objectives.
- Create campaigns to grow our subscribers, affiliates, and influencers.
- Analyse and document current web and digital channel performance to report on areas of focus and improvement in the future.
- Offer insight on customer responsiveness and engagement on all aspects of the website and email marketing and work closely with our journeys expert to carry out necessary work to improve user experience.
- Measure and report on website effectiveness using our own marketing platforms.
Experience and Qualifications
- A relevant qualification in marketing, product marketing or digital marketing.
- You will have at least 2 years of work experience in a similar role and ideally have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in digital marketing in total.
- You will be passionate about digital marketing and have a strong understanding of how digital marketing tools can be used to improve customer experience at every stage of their life cycle.
- Working knowledge of Word Press
- Experience of Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
- You will have experience of designing content in Canva.
- Fantastic time management skills with the ability to multi-task.
