We wish to recruit a Branch Manager for our Bangor Branch. This is a unique opportunity for someone looking to progress their career to the next stage and lead one of the largest merchant branches in our Group.

Key responsibilities:
- Continually improve branch sales and margin KPI’s
- Mentor and develop the team
- Deliver a high standard of customer service
- Motivate the team to exceed targets
- Management of stock in line with sales
- Audit branch systems and procedures with teams
Previous experience of working within different areas of merchanting or the building sector would be an advantage. Moreover, we are focused on appointing the right person with drive and enthusiasm to take the branch forward. A full in-house training programme will be provided across our product range and company systems for the successful candidate.
