We wish to recruit a Kitchen Showroom Manager for our Bangor Branch. The role is to run a profitable showroom growing a portfolio of clients, maintaining showroom standards and managing a team of five people.

The role includes:

• Managing a kitchen showroom team to achieve targets
• Dealing with the general public and trade customers
• Gaining a thorough understanding of our Client’s requirements, aspirations and budget
• Creating customised Kitchen designs using 20/20 Fusion CAD Design
• Securing sales at an acceptable margin

The Candidate will have:

• Experience of managing, motivating and developing a team
• Excellent creative design skills
• Good client management and sales experience
• Strong IT skills and experience in using design software
• Energy and enthusiasm for client service

The successful candidate will be a natural leader who can motivate and support a team in a fast-paced and constantly changing sales environment. A sharp commercial mind as well as plenty of customer service experience is essential. You should have a flair for kitchen design with the ability to develop positive ongoing relationships with new and existing customers.
