Our success is down to our amazing teams and we make sure everyone knows they are a valued part of the business. Work with us and you’ll find we listen to you, tailor training to your needs and reward you for the dedication you put into your career with us. We’re a family run company with integrity at its core. The Programme:
After an induction within our central Retail Support office, you will be allocated to a Training Store where you will receive immediate responsibility, combined with excellent on and off the job training gaining invaluable, hands-on experience to every facet of the store –  financial management, customer service, community engagement, merchandising, leading and inspiring your team…the role is exciting and diverse, with no two days the same!

On successful completion of the initial training programme you will progress to Assistant Store Manager and will take up full responsibilities within the Store Management team. Your speed of progression to Store Manager and beyond will be entirely up to you and the results that you achieve.

We'll expect a lot from you throughout the programme, so you'll need to be hardworking, passionate about retail and committed to delivering the very best for our customers. However, you'll receive full support from your mentors and colleagues in your store to help you realise your potential.
