Dale Farm have unique new opportunities for candidates with an appetite to work in the fast paced environment of Food Manufacturing. Our Aspire Programme provides a defined career pathway to fast track management positions within our production sites.
The 2 year training programme will provide you with industry expert training, formal qualifications in Food Manufacture as well as robust on the job training programme taking you on a journey throughout the variety of specialist roles in your chosen manufacturing site.
The ambition is to provide you with the responsibility for the manufacturing process to deliver best in class standards and performance in efficiency, output, quality and safety to satisfy and exceed customer requirements whilst effectively managing teams of production operatives to ensure optimum performance.
The ideal candidates will be ambitious and proactive with a positive approach to work demonstrating reliability and a willingness to work flexible shift patterns. Candidates will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Applicants must have obtained or be expecting to achieve by August 2019 at least 3 A Levels Grades A-C or equivalent.
These roles offer an attractive salary package with pension and life assurance as well as excellent opportunities for personal development and further career advancement with a leading blue chip food company.
The starting salary for this programme is £15,000.
