The Wedding List Manager will be responsible for growing the ‘wedding list’ side of our business to ensure that Donaghy Bros are the first stop for all brides and grooms. Your role will involve ensuring that we have the best range of products / services on offer as well as successfully promoting and building the reputation of our brand.
The successful candidate will coach and lead our team to offer customers an exceptional and personal service, thoroughly explaining the wedding gift list service we offer, with the ultimate aim of converting registrations into active gift lists.
The Skills and Experience required for the role are:
- Work experience within a customer facing sales role.
- Experience of marketing or promoting a brand or organisation.
- Excellent communication skills
- Dynamic and proactive approach to delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong prioritisation and organisational skills.
- Ability to travel to wedding shows and trade events.
Experience or knowledge of buying gift ware products would be desirable.
