HGV DRIVERS (CLASS C)
Full-time / Permanent / £10 per hour.
RiverRidge Recycling are currently looking for HGV Drivers (C) to join their busy teams based in Duncrue, Belfast and Portadown.
As a Driver you will be required to complete multi drop deliveries and collections throughout NI. The Driver will also be required to collect and move commercial containers when required.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service skills that support the RiverRidge Brand.
- Ensure Health & Safety adherence at all times.
- Complete vehicle checks in line with Operating licence procedures, reporting any defects to the Transport Manager (both electronically and verbally).
- Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Any other duties as delegated by the Transport Department.
Essential Criteria:
- Must hold a valid HGV licence (C licence).
- Must hold a Digital Tachograph card and Full Driver CPC.
- A minimum of 1 years HGV Driving experience.
- Full UK Driving Licence (Max of 6 penalty points).
- Able to undertake manual work.
- Flexible approach to working hours.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Good Communications skills both verbal and written.
- Good knowledge of driver's hours and regulations.
Previous experience of working in the waste industry would be advantageous.
