Group CMMS Manager

Group CMMS Manager Dale Farm is the largest UK farmer-owned cooperative, owned by 1,300 UK farmers. We supply a wide range of dairy products, including cheese, butter, dairy spreads, fresh milk and ice cream to consumers and as food ingredients into the UK, Irish and international markets. Core to our success is our people, and we now have a new and exciting opportunity within the IT team for a Group CMMS Manager based at Head Office, Belfast, with travel across our other NI sites as required. The successful applicant will be based in NI, within commuting distance of Belfast. The Role Reporting to the Head of Operational Technology, you will lead the deployment and embedding of the Fiix CMMS across all manufacturing sites. You will build the core maintenance structures, workflows, documentation, and processes required for consistent, effective maintenance management across the Group. You will work closely with Engineering, Operations, Finance, Procurement, IT and OT to ensure the CMMS becomes a foundation for improved asset reliability, operational efficiency, and data driven decision making.

As a Business Improvement Analyst, you will play a key role in Dale Farm’s Digital Transformation journey. Reporting to the Business Improvement Manager, you will focus on the full lifecycle of our ERP systems—from process mapping and testing to training and long-term data integrity.

Liquid Processing Operative - Dunman

As Liquid Processing Operator you will undertake a role to maximise product output, efficiencies and quality. The job covers all aspects of our liquid processing operations, including milk reception, liquid despatch, evaporation, water management, process control (including SCADA), quality assurance and plant cleaning-in-place (CIP). This role is on a 3 on 3 off rotating days, 07:00am to 7:00pm. Some flexibility may be required to cover night shift on occasion.
